Fintan McCollom Art

This project began as an experiment of a new way to use the loom. It combines many types of threads and weave structures to create a piece rich in color and texture. It is the first part of a four-part series. The title is about how, although much of what we learn in history is about war, and how it has shaped human society, weaving and spinning is the reason society she exists.
