Fintan McCollom Art

This is a piece about finding happiness in the here and now. The colors are inspired by a line from Hayley Kiyoko’s song “Palace,” which reads “Every memory adds another piece, purple blue and green.” This idea of memories building up was the inspiration for this reduction screen print, with every layer built having fewer symbols. The song “Palace” is from the album “Citrine,” which inspired the yellow-orange corners that frame the piece.
